Caeylen Fenelon-Norris

Honours

Artist Statement - Working across an array of media from Painting, Sculpture, and photography Caeylen Fenelon-Norris looks to explore the performative shifts that objects can have on our lives. Through the use of everyday objects and recontextualizing them into frames and thresholds for other spaces in time. Whilst reworking fabric and pre existing ready made objects Caeylen uses imagery to examine the relationships seen through systems and order. Through processes of erasure and destruction and re-assemblage the work finds new ways to present new dialectical knowledge.
