I construct use various forms of uncontrolled systems to feel some kind of understanding of the workings of the natural world.
I like to leave things to their own devices. They tend to slip into each other.
They collapse and pulse between forms. They become, to a viewer; analogous with a multitude of naturally occurring objects.
In this similarity you can reflect on the creation of the objects in the natural world that a work shares its resemblance with.
In making these works Im perhaps trying to learn how to think like a rock or a tree.
