Charlie Robert

Honours

Moving between image- and object-collecting, fabrication processes and sculpture, my work explores the deleted line between digital and physical worlds in a process of asking what's next. I’m interested in how on- and off-line images are coded through signs and symbols, and explore how their excess, circulations and deteriorations will render them products of capitalist detritus: illegible billboards, rotting logos, rusted screens. Stagnate objects in which the infinity of images is embedded.
