Jordan Koudmani

Bachelor of Fine Arts (Drawing & Printmaking)

Distorted ephemera, sprawling notations, and material noise travel through rusted steel and changing winds.

Comprising sonic diagrams and sculptural instruments, my work explores how transient moments can be harnessed through physical forms. Ambient vibrations merge with added sound, directing attention to unexpected places in the auditory body of architectural space. As sound moves through the environment, structural borders begin to dissolve, allowing even the most subtle noise to speak in a perceptible language.
