Bachelor of Fine Arts (Painting)

Working predominantly in acrylic medium and minimal colour use, my practice explores the emotional impact I have endured through dark matter. My technical process consists of impromptu markings, drips and strokes to ultimately open the portal in which my art entails, inviting viewers to look deeper within my work, resonating and finding familiarity in my street and architecturally inspired landscapes.

The absolute darkness in which my art holds, persuades an audience to look not only into my work, but to look deeper within themselves, exploring how emotional trauma can present itself in an artistic sense.
